No. We hire both seasoned agents looking for a better home and newly licensed (or soon-to-be-licensed) agents who are hungry, coachable, and serious about building a career — not a side hustle.
What states are you licensed in?+
Our brokerage's agents hold licenses across NC, SC, and all the way to California, and we're members of multiple MLS services. We actively support agents pursuing additional licensure, and we maintain a hand-picked national referral network for every market outside our footprint.
